Cavity & Prosthetics
Precision cavity treatment that preserves your natural teeth
CAVITY & PROSTHETICS
From visible cavities
to functional restoration,
we elevate treatment quality.
Cavity treatment is more than just removing decay. Precise design that considers function, occlusion, and aesthetics is what makes a tooth last.

WHAT IS
What is a Cavity?
Dental caries occur when bacteria in the mouth break down sugars to produce acid, which dissolves tooth structure. Early stages are painless and easy to miss; if untreated, infection spreads to the nerve and eventually leads to extraction. Early detection and minimally invasive treatment are key.
WHAT IS
What is Prosthetics?
Prosthetic treatment restores damaged or missing teeth using artificial materials. Resin, inlays, crowns, and bridges are selected based on the situation to simultaneously restore chewing function and aesthetic form.
INDICATION
When is cavity treatment needed?
When a cavity is found in the tooth
Sensitivity or pain when chewing
Unexplained severe bad breath
Sharp reaction to hot or cold
PROGRESSION
Stages of cavity progression
Cavities don't heal on their own. The earlier, the simpler the treatment.

STEP 01
Enamel cavity
No pain at this stage. Simple filling restores the tooth.

STEP 02
Dentin cavity
Sensitivity to sharp or hot stimuli. More complex resin treatment needed.

STEP 03
Pulp inflammation
Bacteria reach the pulp and infect the nerve. Spreads to surrounding bone if untreated.

STEP 04
Periapical abscess
Pus forms around the root tip. Precise treatment or extraction required.
PROSTHETIC TYPES
Prosthetic options
We select the best option based on cavity size and location.

Ideal for small cavities or fractures Resin
A tooth-colored material that directly fills small cavities. Same-day treatment with minimal tooth removal.

Precision-fitted for mid-size cavities Inlay
Custom-made restoration for medium cavities. Available in resin or ceramic for both aesthetics and strength.

Full coverage to protect the tooth Crown
Covers the entire tooth. Used after nerve treatment, when teeth are heavily damaged, or at risk of fracture.

Naturally bridges the gap Bridge
Uses adjacent teeth as pillars to fill the gap left by a missing tooth. An alternative when implants are not possible.
WHY ESAM
What makes ESAM different
DSLR oral photography
We take high-resolution photos and review them with you. Transparent diagnosis you can see with your own eyes.
Minimal removal principle
We preserve as much healthy tooth structure as possible. Not grinding more than necessary is ESAM's fundamental principle.
Precision prosthetic design
Digital scanners and prosthetic systems ensure precise occlusion and form — achieving both function and aesthetics.
Specialist collaboration
When nerve treatment or extraction is needed, we immediately consult with oral surgery and periodontics specialists — all in one clinic.
