Precise Examination & General Health Assessment
CBCT provides 3D analysis of the entire jawbone condition. Systemic conditions, medications, and smoking status that may affect surgery are also assessed.

Treatment Planning & Consultation
Detailed information on implant count, method (All-on-4/6, etc.), need for bone grafting, temporary teeth plan, timeline, and cost is provided. Decisions are made without rushing.

Remaining Tooth Extraction & Bone Grafting
Remaining teeth are extracted as planned, with bone grafting performed simultaneously if needed. Temporary teeth are fitted at this stage if same-day fitting is possible.

Implant Placement
Implants are placed precisely at the planned positions using a digital surgical guide. In full arch implants, the angle and depth of each fixture directly affect the final prosthetic outcome.

Osseointegration & Temporary Prosthetic Period
Temporary teeth are used while the implants bond with the bone. Occlusion and aesthetics are verified during this period and the final prosthetic shape is adjusted.

Final Prosthetic Placement & Long-Term Maintenance
The final prosthetic is fabricated and placed after osseointegration. Guidance on follow-up check-ups and maintenance is provided for long-term management together.

Full Arch Implant FAQ
How many implants need to be placed?
All-on-4 and All-on-6 methods, which support the full arch with 4–6 implants per jaw, are common. However, more may be needed depending on bone condition, bite force, and general health. A personalized plan is provided after CT analysis.
Will I have teeth on the day of surgery?
Temporary teeth are fitted on the day of placement when conditions are met. However, sufficient bone density and initial fixation are required. Immediate fitting may be difficult when bone grafting scope is large or initial stability is insufficient — feasibility is confirmed after examination.
How long does the entire treatment take?
When immediate loading is possible without bone grafting, the process to final prosthetics takes 4–6 months. When bone grafting is needed, it may take 6–12 months.
How should I care for full arch implants?
Managing the gums around the implants is most important. We recommend cleaning with an electric toothbrush, interdental brush, and water flosser, with regular check-ups every 6–12 months to check for screw loosening, occlusal issues, and gum condition.
