Implant-Supported Dentures
More comfortable and stable chewing with implant-retained dentures.
IMPLANT DENTURE
Struggling with loose dentures
and eating difficulties?
Implant dentures are the solution.
The biggest problem with conventional dentures is retention. By placing 2–4 implants to anchor or clip the denture in place, you can eat and live comfortably without any looseness.

INDICATION
We recommend implant dentures in these cases
Experiencing difficulty due to looseness, pain, or speech problems with existing dentures
Unable to wear dentures due to severe nausea or pain when inserting them
Rapid jawbone resorption from denture wear requiring management
Health or cost factors make full implants difficult; goal is to stabilize the denture
COMPARISON
Conventional Denture vs Implant Denture
Can shift or fall out, making eating and speech unstable
Jawbone continues to resorb, causing the fit to change over time
Must be removed and cleaned daily — inconvenient
Anchored to implants for stable, slip-free use
Slows bone resorption and restores chewing function
Fewer implants needed compared to full fixed implants
TYPES
Types of Implant Dentures
The appropriate type is chosen based on bone condition and lifestyle.
Overdenture (Removable)
Overdenture
Clips onto 2–4 implants using a snap-in mechanism. Can be removed by the patient for easy cleaning. Lower cost and simpler transition for existing denture wearers.
Fixed Implant Prosthetics
Fixed Implant Prosthetics
Fully fixed to 4–6 implants. Stays in place like natural teeth, with strong bite force and high aesthetic satisfaction. The All-on-4/6 method is most common.
